Local Art in Public Places (LAPP) founders and the Murrieta Public Library are committed to supporting and promoting the arts as an essential component of the quality of life in our community. To this end, we have established the LAPP in order to provide exhibition opportunities to emerging and mid‐career artists to develop their studio and gallery practices.

Exhibitions may not be used for the purposes of advertisement, marketing, political action, or presentation of content not appropriate for a family audience.

LAPP’s purpose is to review and select pieces of art submitted by local artists for exhibition in the Library in accordance with the review process described in the LAPP Guidelines.
